The out of town people that I have been working with have been telling me that they like the area because of our current tax structure, the cost of living expenses, and the friendly people in our area. With spring right around the corner, income tax return season, and interest rates still being low, this all adds up in our local housing market's favor. With the housing market decline in larger cities and areas, I believe this may be some of the reason for the increase of out of town buyers right now. So, if you ask me how the Greeneville and Greene County market is right now, I will tell you that it is time to SELL....
